Cancellations
• 48-hour minimum notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of any single or multiple service booking.
• A full service charge will be incurred for any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
Packages & Gift Certificates (" packages & gift certificates")
Packages may only be used by one guest unless approved by SMT. Any changes or substitutions will forfeit any discounted prices. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to adhere to the expiration policy. Gold Packages expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Platinum Package expires 120 days from the date of purchase.SMT is not responsible for lost gift certificates. Gift certificates are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law. Gift certificates cannot be used towards Series purchases. To provide maximum protection to the purchaser, our gift certificates become active and may be redeemed 1 full business day after purchase. Gift certificates will be honored at SMT location. Services and prices may vary.Gift certificates convert to their original-purchase dollar value when:
• Redemption occurs after 90 days of the purchase year
• Redemption occurs and designated service is not available
• Redeemed for any services other than those which are listed on the gift certificate
